District Manager in Training

About the role

We are seeking a District Manager in Training at Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. As part of Stonebriar Automotive Services, we offer a unique opportunity to grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Provide "hands-on" overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meets or exceeds company goals.
• Ensure an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.
• Manage one of our local stores during the training period.
• Following the assignment as a District Manager, directly supervise Store Managers and work closely with them to hire, train, motivate, provide safety guidance, and direct all the team members of the District to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meets or exceeds company goals.

Requirements

• A current and valid driver's license is required.
• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.
