About the role

A District Manager is accountable for driving district-wide business results, through the effective selection, training and coaching of the store management team in key areas of retail revenue growth. This will be accomplished by analyzing store financial data, managing expenses, marketing and merchandising execution, developing the store team and providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• 4‑year degree in a business‑related area or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years retail management experience, with at least 2 years as a multi‑unit manager
• Ability to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for up to 12 hours
• Ability to lift 25‑50 pounds
