About the role
The District Manager will provide on-site and in-field support to current dealers while prospecting new dealers to drive growth in the Chicago, IL territory. This role involves merchandising, inventory control, order compilation, research, and new product demonstrations. The position requires travel within the territory, occasional overnight stays, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle with insurance, and residency within the territory.
Responsibilities
- Support current dealers with on-site and in-field assistance
- Prospect and onboard new dealers to expand market presence
- Manage merchandising, inventory control, and order compilation
- Conduct research and demonstrate new products
- Travel within the territory, including occasional overnight stays
Requirements
- Strong desire for success and a team-player attitude
- Proven communication skills and proficiency with modern technology
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance
- Reside within the Chicago, IL territory
