District Manager

Responsibilities

• Be prepared to work from 8:00pm to 1:00am Sunday through Thursday and as reasonably requested during regular business hours Monday through Friday and occasional weekends.
• Interviewing Collection Specialist candidates and training new hires.
• Conducting "Audits", and "Redundant Routes" on your communities.
• Collecting and reporting violation data and holding employees responsible for violations.
• Nightly correspondence with staff.
• Troubleshooting any issues that come up during service.
• Runnning service as needed.
• Daily meeting(s) and/or phone call(s) with Supervisor.
• Monitoring and Reporting Collection Specialists work.
• Conducting/Completing Property Profiles.
• Sunday afternoon check-ins with Employees.
• Submitting Nightly Report.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1 year).
• MUST have your own pickup truck for trash collection.
• MUST have a valid state issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance with your name listed.
• MUST have a smartphone with a data plan.
• MUST have a full-time job.
• Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to complete work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in ALL weather conditions.
• Must be physically able to lift 50lbs and go up and down multiple flights of stairs, as well as walk distances.

Up to $32,000 annually.
