Responsibilities
- Financial: Drive and maximize the customer experience to achieve goals; control labor within guidelines by approving all weekly schedules; drive corporate initiatives with a focus on goal attainment and expense control; analyze financial data to build on strengths, support weak areas, and note any unusual occurrences; train Store Managers in recognizing and influencing their business by understanding reports and acting on the knowledge.
- Leadership: Conduct store visits to ensure compliance, train, and provide feedback on the customer experience and store operations; provide consistent developmental feedback that empowers and motivates the team; foster a team environment through effective communication; motivate leaders and associates to achieve their maximum potential; communicate both verbally and in writing with all associates, peers, supervisors, and corporate office; plan, delegate, and follow up on tasks to ensure objectives are met; drive the implementation of company programs by supporting the store management team; review store environments and key business indicators to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching.
- Management: Plan and prioritize company objectives; effectively organize resources and communications to maximize performance; supervise Store Managers through planning, assigning, and directing their functions.
- Visual Presentation: Supervise stores to ensure company standards for visual presentation, signage, cleanliness, and organization are maintained; lead visual merchandising, display presentation, and fixture layout within the district; conduct store visits to ensure consistent execution of directives; provide feedback on overall store experience.
- Store Operations: Communicate with store personnel to ensure compliance with policies and procedures; ensure scheduling meets company standards to deliver the customer experience and complete operational tasks.
- Employee Relations: Attract, recruit, and retain customer-focused talent; develop a succession plan to minimize turnover; utilize training tools to develop potential at all levels; train leaders and associates on standard operating procedures; administer progressive discipline; interact with store staff to gain insights on morale and operational efficiencies.
- Event Venue Management (where applicable): Foster relationships with stakeholders connected to schools; provide oversight for inventory control, personnel, and merchandising; participate in campus or stadium events; communicate with corporate departments to assess and recommend improvements; enhance the in-venue event retail experience.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Store Management experience required
- 1-2 years of multi-store management experience preferred
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Availability to work 40 hours per week with open availability including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, and climb ladders
Travel Requirements
- Must be able to travel up to 2 weeks at a time during events
Pay
$90,000.00 - $140,000.00
