What You’ll Do:
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance
- Maintain plumbing, electrical, carpentry
- Prepare units for new residents (cleaning, painting, repairs)
- Keep common areas, grounds, and workspaces clean and safe
- Rotate on-call duties for after-hours emergencies
What You Bring:
- 5 years or more experience in building maintenance
- District energy experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Chief or 1st class boiler's license
- Valid MN Class C Driver’s License + insurance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment:
Hands-on, active work—indoors and outdoors
Lifting, climbing, and physical mobility required
Downtown St Paul multiple mixed use sites
