About the Role

To perform specialized technical work in support of the District Special Education Deaf & Hard of Hearing Program: conducting screening procedures for deaf and hard of hearing disorders and assisting certificated staff in implementing student treatment plans.

Requirements

• One (1) year demonstrated experience working with deaf and hard of hearing.
• High School graduation or the equivalent.
• Valid California Driver License.
• Minimum auto insurance as required by law.
• Fingerprint/Criminal Justice Clearance.
• Pass District Test.
• Tuberculosis Clearance.
• Use of own automobile.

Pay

Pay Range: $21.58 - $41.22 per hour (Classified Salary Schedule: Step 29-36, A-J).

Schedule

184 days per year / 8 hours per day. Full-time employment.
