District Director

For our client, we are seeking a District Director to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This leader will oversee multi-store operations across a district, with a strong focus on driving sales, customer experience, and operational consistency. The role partners closely with store leadership to build high-performing teams, strengthen financial performance, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. It also supports new store openings and helps shape a culture grounded in accountability, coaching, and service excellence.
