District Asset Protection Manager - Southern NJ

Our client, a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space, is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead district‑level asset protection efforts across multiple retail locations in Southern New Jersey. The role focuses on reducing shrink, strengthening compliance, protecting profit, partnering with store and district leaders to identify risks, driving safety practices, supporting investigations, building and coaching teams, creating training programs, and using data to spot trends and improve loss‑prevention outcomes. This position is remote (U.S.‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement district asset protection strategies to minimize shrink.
• Identify and address safety and profit risks in collaboration with leaders.
• Lead recruitment and training of district asset protection partners.
• Create training programs for safety and asset protection practices.
• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee investigations into theft and fraud cases.
• Utilize analytics to identify trends and mitigate theft.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in asset protection or loss prevention within multi‑unit retail.
• Proven discretion in managing sensitive asset protection issues.
• Strong leadership experience in building and coaching teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in analyzing data for risk mitigation.

Pay

$108,000 – $122,000 annually
