District: Alachua County

Alachua County Public Schools (ACPS) has an immediate opening for a full-time school psychologist on a 10-month (196-day) contract with a 7.5-hour workday. Summer contract work of up to 25 days may also be available.

About the role

ACPS school psychologists provide a wide range of services, including psychoeducational evaluations, consultation, crisis intervention, and counseling support.

Pay

Salaries are based on degree and years of experience. A $5,000 psychologist supplement is provided in addition to the regular pay scale.

Location

Located in North Central Florida, Alachua County serves Gainesville and its surrounding communities. The area is within two hours of Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville, offering a unique blend of college-town vitality and protected natural beauty.
