About the role

Provides a supervisory function and controls the operation of a warehouse department to ensure compliance with customer requirements and corporate policy.

Responsibilities

• Provides departmental supervision, ensures compliance with department and organizational procedures.
• Prioritizes and directs activities of the department to fulfill customer requirements.
• Ensures timely communication to other departments regarding issues related to inventory and delivery.
• Maintains housekeeping activities and is responsible for facility and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinates activities at 3rd party warehouses and communicates status to other departments where applicable.
• Directs training of direct reports and maintains appropriate records.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of position-related experience.
• Preferred: Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree and 4 to 6 years of position-related experience.

This job has a primary responsibility and makes decisions required for managing the work of others.
