Job Summary

This is a full‑time, days position. The Distribution Tech II is responsible for maintaining supply stock at the location, completing established competencies within the designated introductory period, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process various supply orders
  • Deliver supplies to the desired destination
  • Build orders for stock replenishment
  • Replenish crash carts and trays
  • Maintain and clean stock locations
  • Load and unload materials within the storage facility
  • Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts
  • Remove products from casings and rotate stock to ensure use prior to expiration
  • Assist with maintaining physical inventory by updating PAR levels, managing stock outs, and utilizing reporting tools
  • Perform receiving, distribution, and shipping functions
  • Follow department policies to determine whether to discard or clean/disinfect items returned for processing
  • Monitor stock returns and usage rates; notify leader when par levels are inadequate
  • Survey supplies to identify re‑order points and place orders as needed
  • Perform data entry
  • Utilize resources efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain a safe environment
  • Participate in performance improvement activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: High School graduate or equivalent
  • Preferred education: Some college coursework
  • Minimum experience: 2 years of supply‑chain specific experience
  • Preferred experience: 3 years in supply chain
