E.A. Sween is hiring a hands-on Distribution Supervisor to lead the night delivery operation in Denver, driving results, supporting driver performance, upholding safety and compliance standards, and building a strong team culture.

About the role

Oversee day-to-day delivery operations, lead drivers and leads, support route performance, and ensure products are delivered safely, on time, and efficiently. Reinforce company expectations around safety, customer service, compliance, and accountability while developing and coaching team members. Support compliance with DOT, HACCP, FSMA, and internal audit standards, monitor service quality, address issues quickly, and maintain a safety-first culture.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous driving and customer service experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in delivery, warehouse, or transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to pass a physical exam, background check, drug screen, and obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in distribution, warehousing, or transportation operations
• Experience leading delivery drivers or route teams
• Strong background in compliance, safety, and service execution

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
• Push/pull up to 300 lbs using a dolly or drag hook
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling
• Ability to work in various weather conditions during route support or supervision

Pay

The target salary range for this position is $64,327 to $82,000 annually. The full pay range for Grade 13 is $64,327 to $96,545.96. Eligible for an incentive bonus of up to 5% of annual salary, prorated based on start date. Final pay determined by experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget.

Schedule

• Night shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• 4-day workweek: Wednesday – Saturday
