Distribution Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Oversees all internal warehouse functions as it pertains to dock activities, shipping and receiving of all raw materials.
- Organizes warehouse, categorizes goods, and processes shipments.
- Oversees the movement, storage, and distribution of goods and materials.
- Ensures that shipping documents are well kept, updated, and in compliance.
- Keeps track of inventory, quality, quantity, and efficiency.
- Responsible for supervision with the Warehouse division.
- Fulfills Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with IWT’s policy and procedures.
- Maintains and services all the IWT Fleet.
- Responsible for keeping all Fleet licenses, titles, and insurance current.
- Maintains and controls accurate inventory.
- Leads the team on daily bases, provides feedback and performs performance reviews.

- Proven experience in the warehousing and logistics field.
- Demonstrate ability to lead and manage staff.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
