Distribution Specialist, 2nd Shift @ Bandon Dunes Golf Resort

About the role

The Distribution Specialist is responsible for managing the logistics and distribution operations at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. This includes receiving, storing, and shipping goods efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments in a timely manner.
• Inventory management to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Ensure all deliveries are accurately tracked and communicated to customers.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues related to product quality and delivery.
• Prepare and pack orders for shipment in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.
• Perform routine maintenance on storage facilities and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations or similar field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Experience withklips or similar warehouse management software.

Skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay

$18.50 per hour.

Schedule

Second shift, Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
