About the role
This position supports the Distribution order fulfillment process by performing a variety of operational functions, through the use of an integrated logistics platform and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate, efficient processing, tracking, and movement of goods.
Responsibilities
- Supports order fulfillment activities within Distribution
- Approximately 20% of time spent on the distribution floor, primarily for international shipment processing
- Manages several SAP variants, ensuring prioritization and coordination of special or nonstandard orders, as well as prints and organizes orders for efficient order fulfillment
- Collaborates across Distribution teams to coordinate necessary inventory movements to enable timely order fulfillment
- Proactively monitors order flow, troubleshoots processing failures, and implements corrective actions to ensure orders are completed accurately
- Manages international shipment processing, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and compliant
- Captures and processes returns, driving accurate reconciliation and ensuring timely credit resolution for clients
- Assists in system testing and verification to ensure proper functionality and performance
- Supports the Distribution Operations Specialist in executing operational responsibilities and key tasks
- Works safely around all people and equipment, contributing to a safe work environment by operating equipment properly and reporting safety incidents or concerns in accordance with corporate policy
- Works overtime with minimal notice and adjusts work hours as necessary to accommodate business needs
- Performs additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
Requirements
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required, Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of office experience, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems or logistics platforms required, SAP experience preferred.
- Must be proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite.
- Strong math skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to multi-task and balance multiple and changing priorities.
- Effective professional communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications

Pay
$22.00/hour
Schedule
- Monday through Friday with alternating hours of 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- 10-hour schedule from 6:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with a rotating day off
