Distribution Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling orders accurately to help customers meet their business needs
• Preparing outgoing packages and conducting quality checks to ensure presentation and accuracy
• Handling oversized or heavy inventory using powered industrial vehicles (training provided)

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Physical ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks
• Experience with adhering to structured processes and making justified decisions
• A focus on safety of yourself and others
• Willingness to train on material handling equipment (experience is a plus but not required)
• A team mindset, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow through hands-on work

• Cash Compensation: Total cash compensation ranges from $95,500 - $108,500 annually, which includes annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability.

Pay

Cash Compensation: Total cash compensation ranges from $95,500 - $108,500 annually, which includes annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability.
