Distribution Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Reviews SAP transactions from previous days and coordinates inventory adjustments as necessary.
• Investigates inventory movements as needed.
• Constantly communicates with DC management and different SAP teams (OTC, PTP) regarding inventory transactions and questions.
• Controls and supervises different SAP buckets, making necessary adjustments.
• Provides DC management with reports showing the status of different SAP buckets.
• Analyzes inventory information and reports from previous days and shifts.
• Discusses with management any unique or unusual inventory information.
• Supports cycle counts and researches inventory discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
