Distribution/Logistics - Distribution Clerk (3rd Shift)

About the role

As a Distribution Clerk in our Greensboro (GRNSB) Distribution Center, you will handle merchandise stored for distribution to new and existing stores. This is a full-time position within a global leader in ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses, supporting a dynamic supply chain and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming merchandise/product.
• Process merchandise/product per established procedures.
• Stock merchandise/product to the appropriate location.
• Pick merchandise per established procedures and replenishment schedule.
• Prepare merchandise/product for new stores.
• Prepare merchandise/product for shipment.
• Complete projects as assigned by DC Supervisor and/or Manager.

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or related environment (preferred).
• Excellent mathematical aptitude and numerical recognition.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested.
• Ability to communicate and cooperate with DC associates.
• Proficiency in using material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts).
• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in a stand/walk position for up to 10 hours.
• Professional interaction with both corporate and non-corporate personnel.
• Optical knowledge or experience in a production environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
