Distribution Engineering Group Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team, promoting skill development and growth among supervisors and technical staff
• Foster a culture of open communication and alignment with the team's vision
• Oversee project execution and ensure quality control of distribution projects
• Analyze team performance and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and workload management
• Develop process flows and resource plans that support operational excellence
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise
• Help team members align their daily tasks with broader organizational goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or related field preferred; an associate degree with relevant experience is also acceptable
• Minimum four years of supervisory experience in a technical environment, demonstrating leadership capacity across varied experience levels
• At least eight years of technical expertise in electrical distribution systems
• Strong skills in process development and resource planning are essential
• Proficiency in Visio and MS Project is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to cultivate a transparent, collaborative team environment
