Distribution Driver Check-In Clerk

About the role

The Distribution Driver Check-In Clerk is responsible for processing end of the day activity for drivers returning to the warehouse. This position requires a combination of accuracy, physical strength, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Check-in Drivers with a high level of accuracy
• Review invoices for returns and accurate coding
• Create return sales order into SAP software system
• Restock customer returned product
• Perform Bin to Bin movement physically and in the system using RFA
• Create driver manifest
• Create billing documents
• Participate in inbound scheduling; create appointments
• Participate in inventory count as needed
• Attend monthly safety meeting
• Able to perform tasks with other systems (Bev Scan/ Bev Pro/Roadnet/Mobilecast)

Requirements

• 1 year of experience
• Knowledge with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
• Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48 pounds
• Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 1 year of experience

• Knowledge with modern warehousing practices and methods

$30.00 / hour plus incentives
