Distribution Clerk 1PM - 9PM

About the role

The Distribution Clerk provides merchandise stored in the Distribution Center for distribution to new and existing stores.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming merchandise/product.
• Processes merchandise/product per established procedures.
• Stocks merchandise/product to the appropriate location.
• Picks merchandise per established procedures and replenishment schedule.
• Prepares merchandise/product for new stores.
• Prepares merchandise/product for shipment.
• Completes projects as assigned by DC Supervisor and/or Manager.

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of experience in a distribution, warehouse, or production environment.
• Excellent mathematical aptitude and numerical recognition.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested.
• Ability to communicate and cooperate with Distribution Center associates.
• Ability to use material handling equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.).
• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in a stand/walk position for up to 10 hours.
• Ability to interact professionally with both corporate and non-corporate personnel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Optical knowledge or prior experience in a production environment (preferred).
