Distribution Clerk 1

About the role

The Distribution Clerk 1 is responsible for the activities of distribution, involving the reception, delivery and control of inventory, with the objective of satisfying internal and external customer needs within compatible terms and costs. The role performs basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks, typically on routine and patterned assignments. The clerk evaluates distribution and transportation operations, data, and facilities to support the identification of the most effective distribution and transportation patterns for products, implements results from distribution analyses, and identifies projects, performs data research, reviews and analyzes findings, makes recommendations, presents findings, and implements approved recommendations. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and the clerk works under close supervision and/or within established policies, practices, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, deliver, and control inventory to meet internal and external customer needs.
• Perform basic administrative, clerical, operational, and customer‑support tasks.
• Evaluate distribution and transportation operations, data, and facilities.
• Identify and analyze distribution patterns to improve efficiency.
• Conduct data research, review findings, and make recommendations.
• Present analysis results and implement approved recommendations.
• Work within defined parameters and under close supervision.

Requirements

• Less than 2 years of technical experience.
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

Schedule

Monday‑Thursday 6:30 am – 5:00 pm or 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, and Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Scheduled weekly hours: 40.

Pay

$39,000 – $49,400 per year (full‑time, 40 hours/week). Compensation may vary based on location, skills, experience, education, and certifications.
