Distribution Center Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a team of up to 30 employees to achieve productivity and operational targets.
• Monitoring labor costs and payroll, ensuring compliance with attendance policies.
• Providing coaching to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Managing work processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Scheduling shifts to ensure adequate staffing and operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with operations managers to meet organizational goals.
• Enforcing safety standards to maintain a secure work environment.
• Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a distribution center environment.
• Experience operating power industrial equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 3-5 years of experience in high-volume logistics or warehouse operations preferred.
