Position Summary

The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor reports to the Manager of DC Operations and serves as the primary point of contact for warehouse employees. This role is responsible for leading daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring productivity and efficiency targets are met. The Supervisor motivates and engages the team, monitors performance, and supports continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with the Operations Manager to deliver strong operational results.

Shift

Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:30 AM (with potential extension to 2:30 AM based on business needs). Occasional weekends as required.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office
  • 2+ years experience in a distribution center or similar environment
  • 2+ years experience in a leadership role
  • Required Qualifications

  • Union experience
  • EWS experience
  • Bilingual
  • Supervised +30 associates
  • Ability to work multiple shifts or departments
  • Ability to maintain strict level of confidentiality
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to act quickly and competently in emergencies
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Lever experience

Education

  • Verifiable High School Diploma/GED

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $43,888.00 - $93,574.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
