Distribution Center Lead

The Position

We are seeking a Distribution Center (DC) Lead based out of Tacoma, Washington!

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory organization.
• Lead a team to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Ensure efficient operations, maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Support daily warehouse operations while leading associates across a full range of distribution activities.
• Verify orders and deliver the right products to the right customers.
• Provide an exceptional client experience through positive and professional interactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Contribute to team performance, support company initiatives, take on new responsibilities, and continuously improve processes as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of previous warehouse experience.
