About the role

Arhaus is seeking dedicated individuals to fill various warehouse roles, including:

• Equipment Operators: Operate equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
• General Warehouse Associates: Handle all aspects of receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise.
• Warehouse Lead: Oversee the flow of product into and out of inventory to shipping locations.
• Porter/Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness of the building.

Schedule

Available work schedules include:

• Boston Heights 4 DAY (10-Hour): Monday – Thursday, 6am – 4:30pm
• Boston Heights 4 NIGHT (10-Hour): Monday – Thursday, 5:30pm – 4am
• Boston Heights 3 DAY (12-Hour): Friday – Sunday, 6am – 6:30pm
• Walton Hills 5 DAY (8-Hour): Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm
• Walton Hills 5 NIGHT (8-Hour): Monday – Friday, 5:30pm – 2am

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in a standing position for extended periods.
• Engage in repetitive movements.
• Carry and move furniture weighing up to 175+ pounds.
• Adapt quickly to change and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Build respectful and collaborative working relationships.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate initiative and take on increased responsibility.
• Maintain a high degree of integrity and honesty.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in a distribution and/or warehouse setting preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment at heights up to 35 feet.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to lift 150 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Working knowledge of computer programs.
• Understanding of general warehouse practices (unloading, loading, picking, packing, shipping/receiving).
• Willingness to adjust schedule and hours as needed, including overtime.

Pay

• Competitive starting wages.
• Shift premiums: $2.00/hour for night shift, $3.00/hour for weekend shift.
• Sign-on bonus: $1,500 for day shift, $2,000 for night shift.
