General Manager Critical Skills:
- Strategic Judgment & Business Prioritization: Make sound decisions across people, performance, cost, and operational investments. Balance short-term execution with long-term business scalability and growth.
- Systems Thinking & Operational Design: Understand how people, inventory flow, labor, technology, and customer outcomes interact across the operation. Identify root causes and improve end-to-end systems rather than isolated processes.
- Leadership Through Leaders & Culture Stewardship: Develop leaders who create accountability, engagement, and strong team performance. Foster a culture of ownership, trust, continuous improvement, and shared success.
- Change Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Lead operational improvements across multiple teams, functions, and systems. Drive sustainable change through process improvements, technology, and leadership development.
- Cross-Functional Influence & Business Integration: Align warehouse and facilities operations with broader company objectives. Collaborate effectively across departments to improve customer outcomes and business performance.
Warehouse & Facilities Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead fulfillment, receiving, inventory, warehouse, and facilities operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable execution of our Brand Promise.
- Develop leaders, establish accountability, and create a culture focused on engagement, performance, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee capacity planning, labor strategy, inventory accuracy, facilities maintenance, equipment reliability, and operational readiness.
- Utilize data, technology, and operational metrics to improve productivity, service levels, quality, and profitability.
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Finance, and Technology teams to align operational execution with business objectives.
- Drive strategic projects, process improvements, and infrastructure enhancements that support future growth and scalability.
