Your Distribution Center Journey

Our Distribution Center Team Members are the backbone of our operations, ensuring products reach our nationwide customers. In this role, you’ll create a safe and secure environment by protecting people, assets, and daily operations. Your awareness and responsiveness are key to handling alarms and incidents professionally, fostering a workplace where associates feel supported and protected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activity at entry and exit points, screen associates, and maintain a visible loss prevention presence.
• Document incidents accurately and keep leadership informed for appropriate actions.
• Build understanding of operations and company policies to identify and communicate potential risks.
• Collaborate with loss prevention leadership and operations teams to ensure policy compliance and address concerns.

Who You Will Work With

You’ll work closely with distribution center associates, visitors, and leadership teams as a key point of contact for safety and security matters. Your calm demeanor and clear communication build trust across diverse interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Strong communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on root causes and practical solutions.
• High attention to detail with accurate, consistent work.
• Willingness to learn company policies, procedures, and safety rules.

Work Style & Physical Requirements

• Flexible hours, including varied or extra shifts during peak seasons.
• Work in non-climate-controlled conditions (heat, cold, dust, moisture, noise).
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks (bending, lifting up to 60 lbs, climbing) for extended periods.
• Operate distribution center equipment and complete required training.
• Successfully complete background check and substance screening.
