Distribution Center Customer Service I/Pontotoc

Description Hourly Rate: $17.75 Schedule: 7:45am to 4:15pm Description/Job Summary To provide a high level of customer service for the accurate and timely delivery of customer orders Responsibilities/Duties Respond to customer requests to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of ordersWork with Production, Planning & Control (PP&C), Traffic, Sales, and Less Than Truckload (LTL) carriers to coordinate priorities and meet or exceed customer expectationsProcess Pick TicketsPrint, sort and file Bill of Ladings (BOL's)Assist in re-routing, expediting, and canceling customer ordersAssist in Cycle-Counting inventory and Ship Confirmation in the warehouse when necessaryMaintain Back Order & Supply Eligible ReportsAssist in managing Distribution Center Control Board for ordersEnsure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to managementComplete the annual CTPAT Security TrainingFocus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgmentWork effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectationsAssist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all timesPride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary Required Skills Must be a friendly team player, professional, detail-oriented, and honest Must Have The Ability To Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environmentUtilize Pride systems Must Have Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvementA willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methodsBasic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Skills Basic working knowledge of Oracle preferredLift/push/pull up to 50lbs. preferred Required Experience At least 6 months of customer service experience Preferred Experience At least 1 year of shipping experience in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment preferredAt least 1 year of experience using RF scanners preferredCurrent or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred Required Education High School Diploma or GED Required Qualifications Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future DETAILS This job description is not intended to be all-inclusiveThis is a safety sensitive positionIn exceptional circumstances, some of the physical requirements of this position may be modified or eliminated as a reasonable accommodation for a person with a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act Pride Mobility Products/Quantum Rehab is an Equal Opportunity employer.
