Distribution Center Coordinator/Lead
About the role
We are seeking a Distribution Center Coordinator to join our team at our Fairlawn location. This role is pivotal in managing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient delivery processes, and supporting both warehouse and office functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse priorities and workload.
- Oversee and coordinate deliveries.
- Work with warehouse employees to load trucks as necessary.
- Complete necessary paperwork and reports.
- Assist in the office with entering orders, answering calls, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain physical inventory control.
Requirements
- High school degree required; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience leading others in a warehouse/Distribution Center environment.
- Strong computer skills.
- Forklift certification desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and up to 50 lbs repetitively.
