The Receiving Associate is a role for a driven individual who wants to make a difference in customers’ lives. You’ll be behind the scenes, dealing directly with the products that go out to our customers. Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm CT. Start date: November 16, 2026.

Pay

Starting base pay $17.00 per hour; after training, up to $31.00 per hour based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Scan, sort, and stock products efficiently
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders quickly and accurately
• Walk, reach, bend, put products away, count inventory, and down‑stock products
• Stand in one place for extended periods
• Lift at least 30 lb
• Use ladders and equipment to access heights for picking and stocking

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong work ethic and hustle
• Self‑starter, driven, motivated, proactive, and disciplined
• Ability to multitask and prioritize simultaneously
• Passion for continuous improvement and openness to change
• Innovative thinking and ability to think on the fly
• Ability to have fun while working hard
