Distribution Center Receiving Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain inbound/outbound freight and process receiving paperwork
• Greet and acknowledge vendors professionally and provide customer service
• Unload inbound freight vehicles
• Route items to necessary departments
• Perform other duties as assigned

Profile

The Distribution Center seeks a reliable and efficient associate for the Receiving department. This position requires great organizational skills and proficiency in using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior distribution experience preferred.
• Professional Requirements: Proficiency in Word & Excel, computer literacy, ability to handle multiple tasks, strong attention to detail, effective communication, teamwork, flexibility, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting frequently, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, minimal supervision, internal transfer and growth potential, employee referral bonus program.

Pay

The salary range for this position is between $40,000 and $42,000.
