Distribution Center Associate

Job Summary

The Distribution Center Associate reports to the Distribution Center Manager and is responsible for completing the day‑to‑day operational functions of stock control, receipt, storage, and retrieval of product, helping to ensure the timely and accurate shipment to IPS customers. The DC Associate works under the administration of the DC Manager and completes all duties and responsibilities assigned efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform stock control, receipt, storage, and retrieval of product.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Process orders and meet productivity goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment to customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse or production experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Forklift operation experience.
• RF scanner experience.
• Safety shoes required.

Schedule

Daytime shift, 8 am – 5 pm, weekday schedule.
