About the role
We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Warrensburg, MO. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a vital role in one of our key departments: Shipping, Receiving, or Order Selection.
Available Schedule and Shifts
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11 PM-7:30 AM - $18.50 Base Pay w/$1.50 shift differential = $20.00 an hr.
- 4th Shift: Saturday & Sunday 6 AM-6:30 PM+ 2 weekdays for 8 hr shifts - $18.50 Base Pay w/$1.50 shift differential = $20.00 an hr.
Job Requirements
- No certifications required – just a strong work ethic.
- Able to lift 50–60 lbs.
- Lift up to 500 boxes per hour.
- Previous warehouse experience, preferred.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8–12 hours per shift.
- Reliable attendance and transportation.
