Responsibilities
- Order Picking
- Utilize OWMS to pick product according to sales order requirements
- Working knowledge of in-house software
- In-depth understanding of Distribution Center organization to ensure efficient picking
- Perform basic quality assurance by inspecting product and ensuring accurate inventory counts
- Meet expectations for number and accuracy of orders picked
- Order Packing
- Utilize OWMS to pack orders for shipment according to sales order requirements
- Working knowledge of in-house software
- In-depth understanding of special instruction packing requirements
- Perform basic quality assurance by inspecting product and ensuring accurate inventory counts
- Meet expectations for number and accuracy of work orders picked
- Order Shipping
- Ship Consumer Direct and Wholesale orders utilizing Shipstation
- In-depth understanding of OWMS and ERP systems
- Meet expectations for accuracy of orders shipped
- Perform other Distribution Center duties as assigned, including but not limited to:
- Replenishment
- Returns
- Quality Control
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to read with good comprehension and precise mathematical skills
- Self-starter, results-oriented, and a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent skills managing multiple competing priorities daily
- Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Comeplete competent with computer software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Competent with in-house ERP and OWMS software systems within 60 days of employment
- Communication via phone, email, online chat and with coworkers requires an ability to express oneself as well as perceive and exchange ideas
- Viewing computer terminal, perceiving, and transcribing data with accuracy and keyboarding
- Light work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Work can require walking while carrying objects, stooping, kneeling, crouching, as well as grasping objects, and reaching with hands and arms
- Reliable physical attendance is required
- The employee is required to stay awake throughout the shift
