Key Responsibilities
- Lead branch operations: sales, customer service, warehouse, inventory, and daily execution
- Drive growth: build contractor relationships, maximize sales opportunities, support quoting and follow-ups
- Develop your team: hire, coach, and lead a high-performing, accountable team
- Manage inventory & execution: ensure accuracy, availability, and efficient order fulfillment
- Oversee facility & operations: maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
- Own financial performance: manage P&L, expenses, and key metrics
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in branch, distribution, or operations environment
- HVAC, plumbing, or building materials experience preferred
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
