Key Responsibilities

  • Lead branch operations: sales, customer service, warehouse, inventory, and daily execution

  • Manage inventory & execution: ensure accuracy, availability, and efficient order fulfillment

  • Own financial performance: manage P&L, expenses, and key metrics

Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in branch, distribution, or operations environment
  • HVAC, plumbing, or building materials experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive results
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
