Distribution Branch Manager - Lima

Key Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations: sales, customer service, warehouse, inventory, and daily execution
• Drive growth: build contractor relationships, maximize sales opportunities, support quoting and follow-ups
• Develop your team: hire, coach, and lead a high-performing, accountable team
• Manage inventory & execution: ensure accuracy, availability, and efficient order fulfillment
• Oversee facility & operations: maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Own financial performance: manage P&L, expenses, and key metrics

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in branch, distribution, or operations environment
• HVAC, plumbing, or building materials experience preferred
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive results
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
