Distribution Associate

Education:

High school diploma or GED.

• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to learn Milbank’s shipping systems, M2K and C2K.
• Experience with UPS World Ship is a plus.
• Must be a certified fork lift operator.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Load, unload or otherwise move material in and around the distribution warehouse using a forklift, order picker, pallet jack or hand truck, as required.
• Must be able to stack and/or palletize or otherwise prepare product for storage or shipment.
• Must be able to weigh and/or physically count to determine quantity received, shipped or otherwise used in movement of product in distribution center.
• Communicate with management to receive daily workload and assignments.
• Communicate with co-workers to complete all warehouse activities throughout the workday which includes shipping of Sales Orders and Material Transfer Orders, receiving all inbound product, MTO and RMA as well as shipping supplies.

Hours

Regular 40-hour workweek. Minimal overtime as needed. Must be present when scheduled.

Working Conditions

• Warehouse environment.
• Must be able to use cutting tools, hand tools and banding tools and operate wrapping equipment.
• Must be able to lift material weighing up to 60 lbs., handle product up to 150 lbs. and have full range of body motion.
