HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
You'll help ensure life-saving tissue products move safely and accurately through every stage of the supply chain. From labeling, packaging, and inventory management to order fulfillment and shipping, you'll play a critical role in supporting tissue donation and transplantation.
This role is critical to the LifeNet Health mission because it is an important step in taking the donor’s gifts and transitioning them to the lifesaving and health restoring allografts for patients around the globe.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Perform labeling, packaging, inspection, and distribution of finished goods in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Pick, pack, and ship products accurately while meeting daily production and shipping deadlines.
- Utilize SAP, RF scanning technology, transportation management systems (TMS), and other inventory management tools to support packaging, inventory, and distribution processes.
- Receive, inspect, stock, and maintain packaging, labeling, and distribution supplies.
- Verify product labeling, packaging, inventory accuracy, and shipment readiness to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Process and document inventory transactions, including receipt of materials, finished goods transfers, and product returns.
- Identify, communicate, and help resolve nonconforming materials, inventory discrepancies, and quality concerns.
- Cook up shipments through FedEx, UPS, courier services, and internal distribution channels.
- Record and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient workflow, inventory accuracy, and timely fulfillment of customer and internal orders.
- Support audit activities, inventory verification processes, and compliance requirements as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Minimum Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of production or assembly experience OR One (1) year of warehouse experience
- Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:
- Two (2) years of SAP experience preferred
- Two (2) years manufacturing, production, tissue bank, organ procurement, medical device, or related industry preferred
Key Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Attention to Detail: Able to ensure accuracy and completeness in accomplishing tasks
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Time Management: Able to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload.
COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $19.75 to $22.44/hourly
Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $19.75 hourly (entry level qualifications) to $22.44 hourly (experienced in this role). Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate’s knowledge and relevant experience.
