Distribution Analyst II Warehousing- Boise, ID

Key Responsibilities

• Affirm compliance with Food Group corporate and governmental accounting regulations and policies.
• Develops and directs programs and systems in accordance with company policies.
• Provides summary reporting of operational, financial, and analytical functions, including transportation analysis, warehouse analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Maintains processes and procedures to ensure operational reports, financial reports, and other analytical information and systems are accurate, timely, and informative.
• Conducts operational and financial research, review, and analysis of new businesses or customers, potential acquisitions, alliances, joint ventures, and new capital projects.
• Reviews and approves vendor expenses (transportation, warehouse) to ensure accuracy and adherence to negotiated terms.

Requirements

• Relevant experience: 5+ years
• Typical education: Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a 4-year college or university

Qualifications

• Ability to collect and present summary data appropriately to senior management and make recommendations in line with strategic operations.
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams, either as a member or leader.
• Ability to work independently with little oversight or supervision.
• Ability to act as a mentor to less-senior members of the department.
