About the role
As a Distribution Account Manager at Owl Labs, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key distribution partners to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the sales cycle, and the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow sales within assigned distribution channels
- Manage relationships with key distribution partners to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship building
- Provide regular updates on sales progress and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on messaging and support initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools
- Knowledge of the technology industry, particularly in the area of video conferencing and collaboration tools
- Ability to travel up to 20% for meetings and training sessions

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
