About the Role
The Dissemination and Implementation Science Coordinator will provide operational, research, data, and evaluation support for the CTSI Dissemination and Implementation Science Core at the University at Buffalo (UB) and the Buffalo Translational Consortium (BTC) partner institutions.
Responsibilities
- Track Dissemination and Implementation Science Core consultations, trainings, workshops, and technical assistance activities, including requests, investigator needs, deliverables, and follow-up.
- Support development of toolkits, templates, training materials, and workshop resources.
- Conduct literature searches related to implementation science, dissemination strategies, and evidence-based interventions.
- Contribute to evaluation of Dissemination and Implementation Science Core programs activities through development of surveys and data collection and analysis.
- Assist with building relationships with investigators, clinical partners, and community partners, and track participation, needs, and feedback from partners.
- Support dissemination activities, in collaboration with the Community Engagement core, including Science Cafes, plain language initiatives, and other community-facing dissemination of research.
- Provide REDCap programming, survey development, data management, reporting, and evaluation activities.
- Assist in workshop preparation.
