Dispute Resolution Specialist

About the role

The Dispute Resolution Specialist I is responsible for processing electronic funds transfer (EFT) investigation claims in a fast‑paced work environment and serves as the primary contact for all card‑related inquiries and research for both internal and external clients. The specialist must be capable of following limited, conceptual instruction, working independently or in a team to reach goals, and be dependable, organized, and comfortable with strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal and external clients via chat or telephone on card products and ATM activity and/or functionality.
• Perform all aspects of EFT investigations, including researching disputes, ensuring accurate information, evaluating activity and claims, and executing resolution actions such as processing required chargebacks in accordance with applicable network, regulatory, and company policies.
• Protect all client and bank information confidentially and adhere to all company policies.
• Complete monthly training promptly to stay current on bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Other specified duties as assigned.

Pay

The position pays a minimum of $17.00 per hour.
