Dispensary Supervisor I

The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean semantic HTML following specific rules. Let me analyze the content and structure it appropriately. First, I need to identify the sections: 1. "Who we are" - company description 2. "What the role is about" - role overview 3. "What impact you'll make" - responsibilities/duties 4. "What you've accomplished" - requirements/qualifications 5. "What we offer" - compensation and benefits 6. "Why Choose Vireo?" - additional benefits/culture I need to use

for section headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. Don't repeat job title (Dispensary Supervisor I). Don't include Job ID/requisition numbers (there's "ekOpKE9KLP" at the end - that's a JazzHR tracking code, should drop it). Remove EEO statement, cookie/navigation/legal boilerplate, application instructions. Preserve ALL substantive information. No invented or summarized detail. Include sections ONLY when there's real content. No filler. Let me map the content: - "Who we are" -> About the company (could be "About the company" or "About us") - "What the role is about" -> About the role - "What impact you'll make" -> Responsibilities (list of duties) - "What you've accomplished" -> Requirements (list) - "What we offer" -> Pay and Benefits (has specific numbers: $25-27/hr, medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, 401k match, PTO details) - "Why Choose Vireo?" -> more benefits/culture, but some is fluff. It has specific perks: competitive pay and benefits, paid time off, employee discounts. Could merge with Benefits or keep separate. The rules: use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So I should use those standard headings where appropriate. Let me structure: 1. About the company (from "Who we are") - prose 2. About the role (from "What the role is about") - prose 3. Responsibilities (from "What impact you'll make") - list 4. Requirements (from "What you've accomplished") - list 5. Pay (from "What we offer" compensation) - could be a section with prose or list 6. Benefits (from "What we offer" benefits) - list 7. Maybe "Why Choose Vireo?" could be additional benefits/culture, but it's somewhat redundant with benefits. The rules say prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. I'll include it as a separate section if it has unique content. Check for Schedule: The posting mentions "Must be able to work a flexible schedule 40 hours a week to include weekends, nights and holidays" and "Requires open availability working days, nights, and weekends." That's schedule info. Could include a Schedule section. But the rules: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state pay ($25-27/hr), benefits (detailed), and schedule (flexible, weekends, nights, holidays). So I should include Pay, Benefits, Schedule sections. However, the standard headings list includes Pay, Schedule, Benefits. I'll use those. Now, the "What we offer" section includes both compensation and benefits. I'll split into Pay and Benefits. The "Why Choose Vireo?" includes some benefits already mentioned (competitive pay, PTO, employee discounts) and culture. Could be a "Culture" or "Additional benefits" but maybe merge into Benefits or keep as separate "Why Choose Vireo?" but the heading should be standard. The rules say use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So I should stick to those standard headings. "Why Choose Vireo?" is not a standard heading. I could map it to "Benefits" or "Culture" but "Culture" not listed. Maybe just include the unique points in Benefits or a separate "Perks" but not in list. I'll include the unique points in Benefits section. Let's parse each section content: **Who we are**: Prose about company. I'll put under

    • for each. There are many lines. Need to preserve all. **What you've accomplished**: List of requirements.
      • . **What we offer**: - Compensation: $25-27hr (hourly) - Competitive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA Dependent Care, life that begin on the first of the month after you start - 401k program with a 3% employer match after six months of employment - 11 days of accrued PTO in addition to two wellness days & volunteer hours in your first year **Why Choose Vireo?**: - A Growing Industry: Work at the leading tech company in the cannabis industry and help shape the future - Passionate Culture: Join a team that truly cares about the plant, the people, and the purpose behind what we do - Employee Perks: Enjoy competitive pay and benefits, paid time off and employee discounts - Making an Impact: We’re committed to education, sustainability, and giving back to the communities we serve. Some of these are already covered. Employee discounts is new. Could add to benefits. **Schedule**: From responsibilities: "Must be able to work a flexible schedule 40 hours a week to include weekends, nights and holidays" and from requirements: "Requires open availability working days, nights, and weekends. Ability to work full‐time, reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance". Also "Must be able to work a flexible schedule 40 hours a week to include weekends, nights and holidays" appears in responsibilities. I'll create a Schedule section with that info. Now, ensure no duplicate headings. Use standard headings. Let's draft HTML:
