Dispensary Server

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Educate customers on the various strains, products, consumption methods, and effects of cannabis.
• Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and display cases.
• Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and company policies.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and cannabis laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
