About the Role
Trulieve is dedicated to helping patients manage their symptoms through our carefully cultivated cannabis products. Our specially trained staff collaborates with physicians to provide the right products and dosages to ensure compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
- Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
- Facilitate a customer's purchase per State regulations, while providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
- Work directly with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience.
- Absorb and resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
- Perform additional team tasks as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
- Minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV).
- Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
- Prior cash handling experience.
- Excellent people skills and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism.
- Able to understand and follow written/oral instructions.
- Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment (computer, laptop), comprehend safety procedures, and utilize telecommunication devices.
- Mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role.
- Pass a comprehensive background record check.
Additional Requirements
- Able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
- Able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure requirements of this position can be fully met.
- Able to function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
- Able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people in the facility.
Physical Requirements
- Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, including confined spaces;
- Accurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public;
- Observe/inspect details at varying ranges;
- Operate computing devices;
- Manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery);
- Push/pull objects up to 50lbs;
- Lift/carry/position objects up to 50 lbs;
- Ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps;
- Position self and/or objects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl);
- Frequently required to remain in a seated position;
- Occasionally required to remain in a seated position.
