About the role

The Dispensary Associate Lead (DAL) plays a key role in supporting dispensary leadership by assisting with daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service. In addition to frontline responsibilities, the DAL carries supervisory duties, including assisting with staff scheduling, directing daily team activities, and assigning tasks to Dispensary Associates. The DAL also contributes to achieving sales and marketing objectives, supports financial performance goals, and helps reinforce clear and consistent operational standards across the team.
