Position Summary
As a Dispensary/Delivery Associate, you’ll be a vital force in the evolving world of cannabis. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of patient acquisition for medicinal cannabis and welcoming adult-use use customers, fostering an environment where education, exploration, and satisfaction intersect.
Key Responsibilities
- Create an environment of “Patients First” focusing on excellent patient interaction
- Create and execute patient orders based on physician recommendations and accurately deduct the amount from the Office of Medical Marijuana Use Registry (OMMUR)
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with patient information and interactions
- Multi-task, think critically and work quickly to resolve problems as they arise
- Operate the company vehicle safely and responsibly, maintaining a clean driving record within company guidelines
- Deliver timely and accurate goods following set and established routes, ensuring effectiveness and promptness
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience required
- Must have reliable transportation
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong customer service skills
- A positive and professional attitude
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and systems
- Ganjier Certificate preferred
