Position Summary
You’ll act as a trusted advisor in the evolving world of cannabis, focusing on patient acquisition for medicinal cannabis and welcoming adult-use customers. Your role includes offering comprehensive education on strains, effects, and methods of cannabis use, maintaining confidentiality, and managing tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Create an environment focused on excellent patient interaction
- Recognize and appropriately respond to patients with ease and compassion
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with patient information and interactions
- Multi-task, think critically, and work quickly to resolve problems
- Create and execute patient orders based on physician recommendations and accurately deduct amounts from the OMMUR
- Stay updated with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age
- Recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience
- Reliable transportation
- Two years of customer service experience
- Strong customer service skills
- A positive and professional attitude
- The ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and systems
- Ganjier Certificate preferred
