Responsibilities

• Manage and closely monitor over 10 to 20 owner operators in a high-paced LTL environment.
• Familiar with all California DOT transportation regulations and all National and State DOT laws and regulations.
• Ensure 99.5% on-time performance.
• Distribute work equally among all drivers.
• Understand and remind drivers of all pick-up and delivery procedures.
• Remind drivers to drive safely and be aware of their surroundings.
• React to emergencies or urgent situations as they occur and follow company protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with at least two years industry experience or Four years of relevant customer service or operations experience.
• Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems.
